Plugins and widgets for wordpress Although these widgets are for wordpress, only some wordpress accounts actually allow you to add the widgets through your wp-contents folder which I don’t have!

Sonific

The sonific widget was an option already available for me to drop and drag into my sidebar widget. I had to configure the sonific widget by going onto the site signing up, selecting the song i wanted- i can upload as many songs as i want, but I just uploaded this one to check if it works. I had quite a few problems where the actual coding came up and totally changed the alignment of my page when viewed. So i had to delete part of the coding until it worked. The image shows 2 different ways i could include sonific songspots. I tried both ways, but the only one that worked is the sidebar widget (only becauce this was the option from wordpress). The code was produced, and i copied and pasted it in my sidebar widget text box.

iframe

i copied the link from mez’s blog, the simple code which allows iframe. Again wordpress has restricted this code from being used on my blog. Worth a try though. I’ve just been looking at my settings on my server if there is anything i can do to to enabe me to add plugins and additional codes etc. But there isn’t. From reading other peoples comments from wordpress, it definately looks like wordpress has restricted certain codes,plugins or any additional widgets from being used.

game widget- not working

i tried adding a game widget into the main body of the site. (this part). I can only add widgets in my sidebar widgets, so i’m trying to add widgets into this part. So far no good, it don’t work. I just tried adding a game but the codes just gets filtered. Apart from that, a good site get get widgets from is

Plugins

I’M FED UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP with plugins! having done some research i discovered i can’t add any additional plugins to the standard ones availale to m wordpress blog. I’m not happy wordpress administrator! I can only use the widgets-edit the widgets availble to me. Other then that i can’t actually add any plugins- i want to but i can’t!
