I just added a mapkit to my blog, this enables me to capture what viewers see and also they can virtually keep track and add points if i was on a journey and so on. I found it easy to set up (just following instructions) which are simple. You can see my mapkit in my sidebar and this google map works fine.
This worked as there is an option in my sidebar widget to add a mashup. I decided to add the google mapkit mashup. I had to create an account with google. In order to get my marks tagged onto the map, i made an account with and added and edited my tags. The option on platial are simple and effective and give a variety of choices to select from. Once I created what i wanted, a code was made where i copied and pasted it into the widget textbox. Now i can update or change what i want on my platial mapkit as i please and save it and the updated changes will show.
