Plugins

I’M FED UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP with plugins! having done some research i discovered i can’t add any additional plugins to the standard ones availale to m wordpress blog. I’m not happy wordpress administrator! I can only use the widgets-edit the widgets availble to me. Other then that i can’t actually add any plugins- i want to but i can’t!
